- If your treasures aren’t sparking joy or fitting just right, like a cozy spot in the sun, you have 14 days to whisper to us—make sure they’re as untouched as a nap spot on a lazy afternoon.
- Should your goodies arrive with a scratch, a nibble, or looking like they’ve been in a tussle with a yarn ball, snap a pic or shoot a video and let us make it right.
- Remember, bespoke gems, tailored just for you or your furry overlord, can’t jump back to us for a change of heart, unless there’s a hiccup in their creation.
- As for the journey to your door, it’s on us for orders over £30 across our UK kingdom. Should you wish to return, the trek back will need your sponsorship (Yes, the return postage is on you, kind human.

Faulty Items:
Should your purchase arrive with a fault or defect, we’re on hand to rectify the issue. Simply send us visual proof, such as a photo or video, demonstrating the fault, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost.
Returns Process:
Returns & Refunds: We understand that not every purchase can be purr-fect. You have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return for non-faulty items, provided they’re in their original, unused condition. Please note, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Faulty items will be promptly replaced at no extra charge upon proof (photo/video evidence). To initiate a return, please contact us, and we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions.
Costs of Return:
Please be aware that while we offer the option to return, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be at your expense. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return.
Original Packaging:
It’s crucial that the item is returned in the condition you received it. This means unworn, unwashed, and housed in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Delivery Policy:
We’re thrilled to offer free delivery on orders over £30 within the UK, striving to send your items within the specified delivery window.
Personalised Items:
Please be aware that personalised items, which have been customised specifically for you, are not eligible for the standard return policy due to their bespoke nature, unless they arrive faulty.
Digital Content:
For digital content, such as downloadable guides or patterns, the right to cancel can be waived if the downloading process has begun with your acknowledgment and consent.
Exemptions:
There are certain items that are exempt from the right to cancel, including perishable goods, sealed audio, video recordings or computer software if they were unsealed after delivery, and items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed.
