What is your return policy for non-faulty items?

You have 14 days from receipt to return non-faulty items, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note, return postage is your responsibility.

What should I do if my item arrives faulty?

If an item arrives faulty, please send us visual proof (a photo or video) of the fault. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Are personalized items returnable?

Personalized items, customized specifically for you, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, due to their bespoke nature.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over £15 within the UK. We strive to dispatch your items within the specified delivery window.

Can I cancel my order for digital content?

The right to cancel a purchase of digital content can be waived if the downloading process has begun with your acknowledgment and consent.
